Not showing up or arriving late at the time of the reservation in the Baños de Elvira entails the loss of the right of the service and the non-refund of the amount paid.
Any reservation that has not been confirmed by email or whastapp by the Baños de Elvira are invalid.
The client may modify or cancel their reservation 48 hours in advance. After that time, the client will lose 100% of the amount of their reservation by executing the aforementioned cancellation policy.
It is necessary to make cancellations or time changes at least 48 hours before, otherwise it will be a charge of 100% of the total price of the experience.

The physical or virtual gift cards will have a maximum expiration period of 6 months from the date of purchase, after which they will lose their validity.
The return of a Gift Card may be requested up to a maximum of 15 days after the date of purchase. After said date, no such refund can be made.
Reservations with a gift card are governed by the same cancellation policy as the rest of the reservations, therefore cancellations that are not made before 48 hours will result in the total loss of service and the cancellation of its validity.
